|1||Whole Cloverdale Teardrop™ Ham|
|1||6 oz. can of Apricot Nectar|
|1||12 oz. can of Apricot Pie Filling or Topping|
|2-3||T. ground mustard|
|1/2||cup brown sugar|
|A pinch of ground nutmeg and ground cloves, if desired|
Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 300 degree oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 145 degrees.
Prepare glaze in the last 30 minutes of baking time. In a small saucepan, combine apricot nectar, apricot pie filling, ground mustard and brown sugar. Also add a pinch of nutmeg and/or ground cloves if desired. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Approx. 5-10 minutes.
Remove ham from oven and brush with glaze. Continue baking 15-20 minutes or more, brushing occasionally with glaze. Slice and serve. Excess glaze can be served at the table. If preparing a 1/2 Teardrop™ ham, simply cut the ingredients in half.
